CATALINA APARTMENTS IDENTITY

 

Catalina Apartments is a high-end residential complex built on an ex-naval base in one of Auckland's most desirable and fastest growing new suburbs – Hobsonville's Catalina Bay.

I was tasked with creating a sophisticated and premium identity to promote the new apartments for sale. Starting with an elegant, custom wordmark and naval inspired colour palette I designed a beautiful, prestige format hardcover brochure with blind embossed slipcase. Added into the slipcase were single fold, matched-size flyers, with spot-glossed architectural elevations, for the specific apartment details.

The identity was also rolled out across the display suite, signage, flyers, print and online advertising.
